PRICES: Prices are displayed in gross amounts, including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. In the event of a price change for an item during order processing, the seller will allow the customer to cancel the purchase or offer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.
PAYMENT: The purchase can be settled in three ways:
- in cash on delivery
- by pro forma invoice to our bank account SI56 6100 0002 1024 418 (when paying through online banking, please include the order number in the reference)
- using the PayPal system
- with credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or
DELIVERY: Goods ordered from the online store Talenti.si are delivered by the contracted delivery service DPD:
- Regular package delivery (regardless of weight) is €3.90.
- The delivery cost is the same for the entire Slovenia.
DELIVERY TIME: In-stock items will be dispatched the next day from the date of receiving the order.
For ordered items that are currently out of stock or not available in the selected color, the customer will be promptly notified, and arrangements will be made for any subsequent delivery.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Juventud d.o.o. respects the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Juventud d.o.o. strives to fulfill its obligation to provide an effective complaint handling system.

The process of handling complaints is confidential. Juventud d.o.o. acknowledges that a fundamental characteristic of consumer disputes is the imbalance between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is the main obstacle for consumers to initiate a court proceeding.
Therefore, Juventud d.o.o. strives, to the best of its abilities, to resolve any disputes amicably.
When is a defect considered material? When:
- the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for circulation;
- the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, and the seller is aware of or should be aware of such use;
- the product does not have the agreed characteristics or features that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon, or prescribed;
- the seller delivered a product that does not match the pattern or model, except when the pattern or model was shown for informational purposes.
How is the suitability of the product assessed?
It is assessed by comparing it with another defect-free product of the same kind and by considering the manufacturer’s statements or the information provided on the product itself.
How is a material defect claimed?
The buyer must notify us of any material defect, together with a detailed description, at their own expense and within the legally prescribed deadline. The buyer also allows us to inspect the product. The right to claim material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
CONSUMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT THE CONSUMER (THE FOLLOWING APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY TO INDIVIDUALS ACQUIRING GOODS FOR PURPOSES OUTSIDE THEIR GAINFUL ACTIVITY) HAS THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THE SELLER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS THAT THEY ARE WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT, WITHOUT STATING THE REASON FOR THEIR DECISION. THE DEADLINE STARTS FROM THE DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.
The return must be accompanied by the invoice received with the shipment. You can also attach a form for contract withdrawal, indicating the number of your account if you wish to receive a refund.
If the goods meet all the above conditions, we can either exchange the product for another item or refund the purchase price to your bank account, immediately or no later than within 14 (fourteen) days.
If you want an exchange, please write down the product you wish to receive again on the invoice.
The buyer covers the return shipping costs and any travel costs for a potential exchange.
IMPORTANT: When returning the shipment, do not send it with the cash-on-delivery service, as we do not accept such shipments due to the possibility of abuse!!!

CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT
We will send you the invoice via the preferred communication channel. Juventud d.o.o. keeps all contract texts (invoices, pro forma invoices), which are also accessible to the consumer.
All registered customers in the Talenti.si online store have access to the confirmation of contract agreement (invoice), order history, and their account before the goods are dispatched.
Even other customers (those who make a quick purchase without registration) can access the confirmation of contract agreement (invoice) before the delivery of the ordered goods by contacting us via email or phone.
According to the Obligations Code of the Republic of Slovenia, the buyer is obligated to accept the ordered package.
In case of non-acceptance, the parties must be charged for the expenses incurred (two postage fees), amounting to €7.80.
By making a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are fully acquainted with the general terms and conditions of the online store www.talenti.si and agrees to them.
When making a purchase, you must provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Shipping address
- City and postal code
- Phone number
The Talenti.si online store will use personal information solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and other necessary communication. User data will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
USER REVIEWS AND PRODUCT RATINGS
After completing an order, the customer receives a message to their email address, inviting them to provide feedback on the shopping experience and rate the received items.
The reviews or ratings written by customers are part of the store’s functionality designed for the user community.
The provider allows any registered user to write a review, which is also reviewed before final publication. The provider will not publish reviews or posts that are in any way offensive, obscene, or, in the provider’s opinion, do not provide any benefit to other users and visitors.
The author of the review also declares and guarantees that they are the owner of the intellectual and moral rights for the written reviews and comments, and that these rights are transferred to the company Juventud d.o.o. indefinitely.
Before making a purchase, the buyer can register on our online store or register during the checkout process after selecting and adding items to the shopping cart. You can search for our products by categories listed at the top or use the “Search” function located in the upper right corner.
When you find the desired product, click on the image to open it and you will have the option to specify the quantity and any color, size, or model preferences.
If you want to order more than 1 quantity, you need to manually delete the current quantity and enter the desired quantity.
After completing this, press the “Add to Cart” button to save your selected product. You can continue browsing or proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
If you are sure you want to buy the selected product, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
The content of your shopping cart will appear, showing the product name, quantity, size, price, and the total cost of your order.
All prices listed already include a 22% VAT.
If you realize that you made a mistake in the quantity, you can correct it using the “Update” or “Remove” icons. If you made a mistake in selecting the color, size, or model, you need to remove the item from the shopping cart using the “Remove” icon, go back to the online store, find the item again, and select the correct option.
To proceed, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. The next page that appears is where you need to enter your order details: first and last name, address, postal code, city, email address, and phone number.
Due to possible abuse, ALL FIELDS ARE MANDATORY.
You need to choose a payment method: Cash on Delivery (automatically selected), payment via online banking or proforma invoice, with a PayPal account, credit card, or cryptocurrency.
Tick the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.” If you want to read the terms and conditions, you can click on the words “terms and conditions” or find them at the bottom of the website under “Customer Services.”
Once you have confirmed that all the information is entered correctly, click the “Continue” button. A complete summary of your order will be displayed.
If you need to make any further adjustments, you can click the “Back” button. If you are satisfied with the entered information and want to finalize your purchase, click the “Place Order” button.
You will receive a notification of successful purchase and an email confirmation in the next few minutes, including an order confirmation, an electronic invoice, and a note regarding your right to return (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days.
If you do not receive any notifications to your email address, it means that you entered an incorrect email address. In that case, please contact us at our email address (email@example.com) and provide us with the correct one.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive another notification to your email address, informing you that the order has been dispatched and will arrive within 1-3 business days.
